It is possible to negotiate with your dentist. Some will agree to provide you with a payment plan, so that you could pay in portions every month. These implants are indeed free, but the catch here is that you can’t switch to another dental office until all the procedures associated with your implants are completed, and you still have to pay for the restoration of your implants.
